Since its creator terms of 9 July 2026, Maloum explicitly allows this kind of help, as long as you stay in control and tell fans in the chat that third parties may be writing. We have worked with creators since 2019 and earn our living from exactly this work, so we are not neutral. That is why we quote Maloum’s rules in the original German, translate them and name the source, so you can check every claim yourself. All platform details were last checked on 1 October 2026.

Is an agency allowed to help run your Maloum account?
Yes. Section 7.5 of the creator terms lets you »Dritte als unterstützende Dienstleister einzusetzen« (use third parties as supporting service providers), and that expressly covers interactions with fans. According to Maloum, these helpers act only on your behalf and »unter der fortlaufenden Kontrolle des Creators« (under the creator’s continuing control).
That permission comes with duties, and every agreement we sign spells them out:
- The chat must make it clear that third parties or AI may be involved. Nobody may mislead fans about who is writing at that moment (section 7.7).
- Handing the account over to someone else, fully or in practice, is not allowed.
- You are liable for everything that happens through your account, including the messages your team sends (sections 4.3 and 9.4).
- Recruiting creators on Maloum for agency or management services is banned (section 8.2.8). So we never contact anyone through Maloum. Everyone who works with us found us through this website.

How do Maloum, the agency and you split the money?
By default Maloum keeps 20% of your creator revenue (Creatorumsatz), which is your price without VAT and without the service fee. On top of that, fans pay a 15% service fee on every purchase, and none of it reaches you. Our commission only comes after that, on the amount the agreement names.

Maloum can agree a share of anywhere from 60% to 100% with individual creators in writing, but it publishes no criteria for that. On its comparison pages and in its blog, Maloum also says VAT is already included in the 20%. The contract calculates it differently, and the contract is what applies to you. What do you never hand over?
Your account, your payout account and the final say on prices and content. Under section 4.3 the creator account is »ein persönlicher, nicht übertragbarer Account« (a personal, non-transferable account), so it belongs to you for as long as it exists.
Maloum pays by credit note (Gutschrift) to the IBAN you enter in the account yourself. It would allow payments straight to an agency if you expressly agree (section 15.10). We do not use that option: the money goes to you, and our invoice follows. You also keep the account’s email address and the device used for two-factor login.
Who runs Maloum, and under which law?
Maloum is run by neolime GmbH of Vienna, registered in the Austrian commercial register (Firmenbuch) under FN 574724 h. Its three founders, Tobias Mittendorfer, Jonas Aspetzberger and Florian Gruber, are also its managing directors, and the company has operated under the Maloum name since 2023. The creator contract is governed by Austrian law, and only the German version is binding. Maloum says it was built for the German-speaking market from day one, and its home page claims more than 50,000 creators. What has Bunny Agency achieved so far?
Our documented results come from OnlyFans, and we do not pass them off as Maloum figures. Since 2019 we have managed 400+ creators whose accounts have brought in $35M+ in revenue between them, with a team of 112+ people. A typical creator with us earns $20K to $55K a month, and our top creators earn $100K to $300K+. On Maloum we work on the same things: prices, chat and visitors from outside. Maloum calls the creator account personal and non-transferable and bans handing it over to third parties entirely. So it stays with you.

Maloum pays by credit note to your own IBAN. We only send our invoice once the money has reached you.

You keep the account email address and the two-factor device. The agreement sets out how our team works.
Your exit
You know the notice period before you sign. Because nothing was transferred, there is nothing to take back at the end.

What does a Maloum agency do?
It runs the business side of your Maloum presence while you keep making the content. That means setting prices for the subscription and for chat content, writing to fans, sending mass messages, looking after the shop and promoting you on Instagram, TikTok, Reddit and similar channels. Most agencies are paid a percentage of what you earn. A trustworthy one states that percentage in writing and leaves the payouts, the account and the logins with you.
Does Maloum let an agency help manage my account?
Yes, and in so many words since the creator terms dated 9 July 2026. You may bring in service providers for content, admin and fan conversations, provided they work on your instructions and under your control. Two things remain banned: giving the whole account away, and misleading anyone about who answers in the chat. On top of that, you must disclose that third parties or AI may be involved in the chat. Toward Maloum, any mistake your team makes is your own liability.
How much commission do you take on Maloum?
From 30% up to 60%, depending on what we handle for you. If we only plan prices and content, you are near the bottom of that range; add a chat team and promotion and it moves toward the top. You receive the exact percentage, and the amount it is calculated on, in writing before you sign anything. Maloum’s own 20% and the 15% service fee fans pay are separate from this, and we receive no part of either.
Who owns the Maloum account while we work together?
You do, throughout. Maloum does not allow creator accounts to be transferred, and its terms equally forbid handing one over to someone else in practice. When you work with us, the email address on file, the phone used for two-factor login and the payout IBAN all remain under your control. So when our collaboration ends, the account carries on exactly as before. You have nothing to ask back for, because you never gave anything up.
