We are not an official Maloum partner, because Maloum publishes no partner programme. And since Maloum bans recruiting creators on the platform, you find us through this website and never through a message on Maloum.

Our figures and case studies come from OnlyFans accounts and are given in US dollars. Maloum has its own rules: a contract under Austrian law with neolime GmbH of Vienna, business-owner status as a requirement, and payouts in euros to your IBAN. On the page with our results we keep the two apart.
Does our agency work on Maloum’s behalf?
No. We are not an official Maloum partner, and Maloum describes no programme through which an agency could become one, whether on maloum.com, in the help centre or on the website of its operator neolime. Search results now and then call some agency a premium partner of Maloum. We found nothing at Maloum to back that up.
What Maloum does regulate is how creators may use agencies, and it expressly bans one thing. Section 8.2.8 of the creator terms forbids the »Anwerben von Creators zum Zwecke von Agentur-, Management- oder Serviceleistungen« (recruiting creators for agency, management or service work) on the platform. That is why we never write to anyone through messages or comments on Maloum. If someone contacts you there in Bunny Agency’s name, they are not one of us. The way to us runs through this website and the application.
What may an agency do on Maloum, and what not?
Since the creator terms of 9 July 2026, it may help with almost everything, as long as you stay in control. Third parties may create, manage and publish content and write to fans, but only on your behalf and under your ongoing control (section 7.5). In the chat you must clearly disclose that third parties or AI may be writing, and you must not mislead fans about who is answering (section 7.7). Handing the account to someone else, fully or in practice, is banned. The account stays personal, and you are liable for everything that happens through it, including what a team does (section 4.3).

Who writes this website?
Sophia Brecht, who founded Bunny Agency in 2019 and is named as managing director in the legal notice. She studied business informatics at LMU Munich (B.Sc.) and worked in talent and model management before 2019. Today she oversees strategy and partnerships and edits everything we publish.
Every statement about Maloum on these pages comes from Maloum’s own documents: the creator terms, the terms of use for fans, the privacy policy and the help centre, read on 1 October 2026. Where those documents contradict each other, as they do on the payout date, we follow the contract and mention the other statement next to it.

If an agency presents itself as an official Maloum partner, ask for written confirmation from Maloum. What Maloum does have is rules: since July 2026 its terms permit agencies and chatters as long as you stay in control, tell fans in the chat that others may be writing, and never hand the account over entirely.
