Privacy policy

This privacy policy covers agentur-maloum.de and describes which personal data are processed when you visit the website and when you apply. As of 1 October 2026. It is an English translation of our German Datenschutzerklärung; if the two versions differ, the German version is authoritative.

Overview

The website consists of static pages. It sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking or advertising services. The font is loaded from this website’s own server, so no connection to Google Fonts or any other font provider is made. No videos, maps, social media plugins or other third-party content are embedded.

Personal data therefore arise in only two places: in the host’s server logs and when you submit the application form. We also process the details you give us by email or phone.

Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). Each time a page is requested, Vercel processes technically necessary data in server logs, usually your IP address, the date and time, the address requested, the page you came from, and details of your browser and operating system. These data are needed to deliver the pages and to keep the service secure.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is to deliver the website in a stable and secure way. The host keeps the logs for a limited period only and then deletes them.

Application form

If you apply through the form, we process the details you enter: first name, email address, WhatsApp or Telegram number, country of residence, optionally links to your Maloum page and to one other platform, your current earnings and number of paying fans, whether you have worked with an agency before, what content you make, whether your face is shown, what you expect from us, your confirmation that you are at least 18 years old, and the photo you upload. For technical reasons, the address of the page from which you send the form and your IP address are transmitted as well.

Bunny Agency LLC processes these data to assess your application and to reply to you. For this we transfer them, together with the photo and IP address, to HubSpot, Inc. (USA), whose system we use to manage applications. So that no application gets lost, it is stored briefly on the server when it arrives. If the transfer to HubSpot fails, the details, without the photo, are recorded in the server log at Vercel so that we can add them afterwards.

We get back to you by email or on the number you give, for example via WhatsApp or Telegram. The privacy terms of the providers of these messengers apply to them.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, because the processing takes place at your request before a possible collaboration. Applying is voluntary. Required fields are marked; without them we cannot process the application.

Contact by email or phone

If you write to us or call us, we process your details to deal with your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the request concerns working together, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR otherwise. In that case our legitimate interest is being able to answer enquiries.

Transfers to the USA

Bunny Agency LLC is based in the USA, so your details are processed there. Vercel and HubSpot are US companies as well. Where a recipient is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, the transfer is based on the European Commission’s adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR). Otherwise we rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR).

Storage period

We keep personal data only for as long as the purpose in question requires. We delete application data once they are no longer needed for the application and a possible collaboration, unless statutory retention obligations prevent this.

No automated decision-making

A person reads every application. No automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR takes place.

Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR). You may object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR). For any of these requests, an email to info@bunny-agency.com is enough.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), in particular in the member state where you live or work or where the alleged infringement took place.

Links to other websites

This website links to third-party pages, for example to Maloum’s contract texts and help articles. Data are passed to the provider concerned only when you click such a link; that provider’s privacy policy then applies.

Changes to this privacy policy

We update this privacy policy when the website or the legal situation changes. The version published here at the time applies.
